Questions In The Garden
What if Eve, instead of trusting the serpent and herself, trusted God enough to bring her questions and doubts to Him?
How many times have you grown up hearing that you don’t question God?
What would life look like if we felt the comfort and safety to go to Him with our questions, our doubts instead of relying on our own understanding?
The Bible tells us Jacob wrestled with God all night long. After wrestling with God through the night, he was given a new name: Israel, a name that means to struggle or contend with God.
God invites our wrestling, with reverence. Wrestling with Him isn’t the absence of faith; often it’s faith seeking understanding.
My next series will explore wrestling through theological questions, with God, in the Garden.
Ayin Gardens.
